The staff showed exceptional hospitality during our stay. We loved the impressive balcony view of the Falls, making our time relaxing and memorable. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding attractions, truly enhancing our experience. We also enjoyed the serene river view from our room, which added a nice touch to our mornings.

there was a bit of a problem with the elevator being slow. but the breakfast was delicious! loved the cozy lounge area with fresh tea available all day. room had high ceilings, making it feel spacious and relaxing!

A closet would be great for hanging clothing!!! Peeling wallpaper and cracks indicate a need for renovation. The thermostat was ineffective, making the room uncomfortably cold for a night!!!

The elegant Victorian decor added a charming touch that made me feel right at home. The common areas were easily navigable, offering cozy nooks to relax and drink tea while enjoying the beautiful views of the Niagara River.

During our stay, we had a lovely morning exploring the beautiful walking trails in the area, and we appreciated the antique decor throughout the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff ensured we felt at home. My partner and I enjoyed our spacious Family Suite with a lovely balcony.

In my wife’s opinion, they should have provided daily housekeeping for fresh towels.

However, we encountered issues with a slow elevator, which was frustrating given the luggage we had to manage, and we noticed some creaky floors in our room that detracted from our experience. Parking was free, which was a plus.

we had a wonderful stay at niagara grandview boutique! the colonial decor was both modern and clean, creating a really interesting vibe. we loved the amazing breakfast with homemade pastries and enjoyed the beautiful dining room. the location was perfect, just a short walk to attractions.

We checked out the beautiful views and enjoyed cycling around the area. The lounge was cozy, and breakfast was really tasty. Just keep in mind that stairs are everywhere, so pack light. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
